The word ‘recruitment’ is a very beige word and yet FBI is far from beige. They’re about talent, pure and unfettered. FBI has consistently found me the very best creatives from all over the world (or in some cases right under my nose where I’d never noticed them) for over a decade. FBI has been without doubt one of the biggest contributors to my own success. And it’s with great credit to them, while so many networks and agencies are bringing ‘recruitment in-house’ for – let’s face it – cost cutting reasons, that they’re going from strength to strength. Quite simply, their talent is world class talent. Not so much beige as pure gold in my opinion.
